Экстра-медиа?.On February 15th of this year at around 6pm the residents of the south eastern Siberian city of Chita (population around 300,000) in Russia witnessed a giant UFO cross their city and then disappear over the horizon. Some managed to photograph the craft with their mobile phones. Shocked pedestrians stopped in the town centre and in parks and pointed to sky declaring the object to be a UFO.

[edit] FALCON
The FALCON program is a program supported by DARPA and the US Air Force to develop and test hypersonic technologies. The program is to follow a set of flight tests with a series of hypersonic technology vehicles.[5]

The FALCON project includes:

The X-41 Common Aero Vehicle (CAV) ? a common aerial platform for hypersonic ICBMs and cruise missiles, as well as civilian RLVs and ELVs.
The Hypersonic Technology Vehicle-1 (HTV-1) ? a test concept, originally planned to fly in September 2007 now cancelled[1]
The HTV-2 ? to fly in 2008
The HTV-3 ? to fly in 2009
The HTV-3X ? Blackswift
The Small Launch Vehicle (SLV) ? a smaller engine to power CAVs, tests to begin by 2010
The Hypersonic Cruise Vehicle (HCV) will be able to fly 9,000 nautical miles (17,000 km) in 2 hours with a payload of 12,000 lb (5,500 kg).[6] It is to fly at a high altitudes and achieve speeds of up to Mach 6.

Test flights are supported by NASA, the Space and Missile Systems Center, Lockheed Martin, Sandia National Laboratories and the Air Force Research Laboratory?s (AFRL) Air Vehicles and Space Vehicles Directorates.

[edit] Blackswift
The Blackswift is an aircraft capable of supersonic flight being designed by the Lockheed Martin Skunk Works now, together with Boeing and ATK
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Force_Application_and_Launch_from_Continental_United_States#The_BlackswiftAs of early 2006, the the Falcon Hypersonic Technology Vehicle program planned an initial flight for a less than one-hour flight in September 2007 [later delayed]. The Falcon HTV-1 was to complete its inaugural voyage in the Pacific Ocean. Attaining Mach 19 speed, the glided air vehicle will briefly exit the Earth's atmosphere and reenter flying between 19 and 28 miles above the planet's surface. Demonstrating hypersonic glide technology and setting the stage for HTV-2 represent the primary focus of the lower risk, lower performance initial flight. During the early part of the flight, it acts like a spacecraft. In the middle phase, the HTV reenters the atmosphere like the Space Shuttle, and in the latter stage, it flies like an aircraft

A new oxygen and anti-g system has been implemented in the Swedish forth generation ....

ANTI-G SYSTEM The anti-g system supplies and controls the flow of air pressure to the pilot?s anti-g suit to compensate for forces exerted upon the human body during flight conditions. This system is designed to accomplish the following: 1. Provide protection against grayout, blackout, and unconsciousness 2. Alleviate fatigue and decreased mental alertness, which may result from repeated accelerations below the blackout level 3. Provide a method by which the pilot may relieve leg stiffness and physical tension during

A new oxygen and anti-g system has been implemented in the Swedish forth generation mulitrole aircraft JAS 39 GRIPEN C and D. In the Gripen the pilot is exposed to 9G for long periods of time. Therefore the Anti-G protection is more important than ever. Due to the implementation of OBOGS (On Board Oxygen Generating System), the anti-g system also had to be changed. During the first test flight with high G-loads with the new OBOGS and anti-G system in GRIPEN test aircraft 39-800 (twin-seat) the pilots got a grey-out and after evaluation of data from the flight it was shown that the pressure in the G-suit was below specified limits. At this time it was suspected to be an individual problem with the G-regulators and therefore they were changed to other units, but due to flight tests of the ECS (Environmental Control System) another problem arose before the anti-G testing could go on.

The ECS tests showed that the supply pressure from the ECS during some flight cases was below the minimum requirement that the OBOGS and anti-g system was qualified for. The anti-G tests had to be postponed until the supply pressure to the anti-G system could be guaranteed to be above the minimum requirements. Therefore a number of changes to improve the supply pressure and reduce the pressure drops in the anti-g system were implemented. After a new test period with testing of the modifications, which were successful, the problem with the low pressure in the g-suit still existed even though the G-regulators had been changed.

After tests of several G-regulators it was shown that a high percentage of the G-regulators gave a low pressure in the G-suit and quite often below minimum specified values. After some close teamwork with the G-regulator supplier HAY, a modification of the anti-gregulator was made in order to be able to guarantee correct pressure in the g-suit. DTIC

Quote Saint ISSA; From 'the Unknown Life of Jesus Christ', by Nicolai Notovitch (Leh-1896): At this time, an old woman approached the crowd, but was pushed back. Then Issa said, "Reverence Woman, mother of the universe,' in her lies the truth of creation. She is the foundation of all that is good and beautiful. She is the source of life and death. Upon her depends the existence of man, because she is the sustenance of his labors. She gives birth to you in travail, she watches over your growth. Bless her. Honor her. Defend her. Love your wives and honor them, because tomorrow they shall be mothers, and later-progenitors of a whole race. Their love ennobles man, soothes the embittered heart and tames the beast. Wife and mother-they are the adornments of the universe."

The Georgia Guidestones are a huge granite artifact in Elbert County, Georgia, USA. It is sometimes referred to as an "American Stonehenge", a title which has been applied at times to a number of other structures[1]. A message comprising ten guides is inscribed on the structure in eight modern languages, and a shorter message is inscribed at the top of the structure in four ancient scripts: Babylonian, Classical Greek, Sanskrit, and Egyptian hieroglyphs.

The artifact is almost twenty feet (6m) tall, and made from six granite slabs weighing more than 100 tons in all. One slab stands in the center, with four arranged around it. A capstone lies on top of the five slabs, which are astronomically aligned. An additional stone tablet, which is set in the ground a short distance to the west of the structure, provides some clarifying notes on the history and purpose of the Guidestones.

She has been around since 2000 BC at least, when an already old tale was set down as the epic, The Descent of Ishtar. This worthy was a very independent and headstrong goddess who roamed the wilds of forest and deserts at will and had many lovers, constantly seeking battle and generally being given a very respectful and extremely wide berth by everybody. Ishtar and Isis were the two opposite polarities of the ancient mother cults, but Isis never came to India, though the Mahadevi is a good enough substitute. Ishtar however, proved the words of the song, "Good girls go to heaven, but bad girls go everywhere," and she became the most popular goddess of the ancient world even if not quite as intellectually respected as Isis. The common man however preferred this wild energy that was no respecter of pretensions and pomposity and cared not a fig for show and class division - Ishtar's lovers being an extremely eclectic assortment of professions and social classes.

The Indian Emperor Ashoka started a "Secret Society of the Nine Unknown Men": great Indian scientists who were supposed to catalogue the many sciences. Ashoka kept their work secret because he was afraid that the advanced science catalogued by these men, culled from ancient Indian sources, would be used for the evil purpose of war, which Ashoka was strongly against, having beenconverted to Buddhism after defeating a rival army in a bloody battle. The"Nine Unknown Men" wrote a total of nine books, presumably one each. Book number was "The Secrets of Gravitation!" This book, known to historians, but not actually seen by them dealt chiefly with "gravity control." It is presumably still around somewhere, kept in a secret library in India, Tibet or else where (perhaps even in North America somewhere). One can certainly understand Ashoka's reasoning for wanting to keep such knowledge a secret, assuming it exists. Ashoka was also aware of devastating wars using such advanced vehicles and other "futuristic weapons" that had destroyed the ancient Indian "Rama Empire" several thousand years before.

Only a few years ago, the Chinese discovered some Sanskrit documents in Lhasa, Tibet and sent them to the University of Chandrigarh to be translated. Dr. Ruth Reyna of the University said recently that the documents contain directions for building interstellar spaceships! Their method of propulsion, she said, was "anti- gravitational" and was based upon a system analogous to that of "laghima," the unknown power of the ego existing in man's physiological makeup, "a centrifugal force strong enough tocounteract all gravitational pull." According to Hindu Yogis, it is this "laghima" which enables a person to levitate. Dr. Reyna said that on board these machines, which were called "Astras" by the text, the ancient Indians could have sent a detachment of men onto any planet, according to the document, which is thought to be thousands of years old. Themanuscripts were also said to reveal the secret of "antima"; "the cap ofinvisibility" and "garima"; "how to become as heavy as a mountain of lead."Naturally, Indian scientists did not take the texts very seriously, but thenbecame more positive about the value of them when the Chinese announced that they were including certain parts of the data for study in their spaceprogram! This was one of the first instances of a government admitting to be researching anti-gravity. The manuscripts did not say definitely that interplanetary travel was evermade but did mention, of all things, a planned trip to the Moon, though it is not clear whether this trip was actually carried out.

However, one of the great Indian epics, the Ramayana, does have a highly detailed story in it of atrip to the moon in a Vihmana (or "Astra"), and in fact details a battle on themoon with an "Asvin" (or Atlantean") airship. This is but a small bit ofrecent evidence of anti-gravity and aerospace technology used by Indians. To really understand the technology, we must go much further back in time. The so-called "Rama Empire" of Northern India and Pakistan developed at leastfifteen thousand years ago on the Indian subcontinent and was a nation of manylarge, sophisticated cities, many of which are still to be found in the deserts of Pakistan, northern, and western India. Rama existed, apparently, parallel to the Atlantean civilization in the mid- Atlantic Ocean, and wasruled by "enlightened Priest-Kings" who governed the cities.

Strong and durable must the body of the Vimana be made, like a great flying bird of light material. Inside one must put the mercury engine with its iron heating apparatus underneath. By means of the power latent in the mercury which sets the driving whirlwind in motion, a man sitting inside may travel a great distance in the sky. The movements of the Vimana are such that it can vertically ascend, vertically descend, move slanting forwards and backwards. With the help of the machines human beings can fly in the air and heavenly beings can come down to earth.

The Hakatha (Laws of the Babylonians) states quite unambiguously: The privilege of operating a flying machine is great. The knowledge of flight is among the most ancient of our inheritances. A gift from 'those from upon high'. We received it from them as a means of saving many lives.

There is no way to ignore the plain fact. Yet, most Indology experts have managed to do just that. How do you overlook or trivialize these innumerable descriptions? It is impossible to escape them unless your mind is already made up to reject them. Discard them you must, because mainstream academia will not consider that humans in remote antiquity could have been advanced ? not to mention expert ? in a technology far more subtle than the crudities we are proud of today. Remember, even a simple concept like intelligent life on other planets still raises eyebrows at the academy.

Vedic technology does not resemble our world of nuts and bolts, or even microchips. Mystic power, especially manifest as sonic vibration plays a major role. The right sound ? vibrated as a mantra, can launch terrible weapons, directly kill, summon beings from other realms, or even create exotic aircraft.

Air Vimana

Aircraft in the Vedic literature are generally referred to as Vimanas. Especially throughout the Mahabharata, Bhagavata Purana, and the Ramayana, these flying devices appear.

The Vimanas described in the Vedas are generally of four types:

Single or two-passenger aircraft;
Huge airships for interplanetary pleasure trips;
Huge military aircraft for warfare;
Self-sufficient flying cities (?space stations?) for indefinite stay in space.

The TR-3B vehicle?s outer coating is reactive to electricalRadar stimulation and can change reflectiveness, radar absorptiveness, and color. This polymer skin, when used in conjunction with the TR-3Bs Electronic Counter Measures and, ECCM, can make the vehicle look like a small aircraft, or a flying cylinder--or even trick radar receivers into falsely detecting a variety of aircraft, no aircraft, or several aircraft at various locations.A circular, plasma filled accelerator ring called the Magnetic Field Disrupter, surrounds the rotatable crew compartment and is far ahead of any imaginable technology.

Sandia and Livermore laboratories developed the reverse engineered MFD technology. The government will go to any lengths to protect this technology. The plasma, mercury based, is pressurized at 250,000 atmospheres at a temperature of 150 degrees Kelvin and accelerated to 50,000 rpm to create a super-conductive plasma with the resulting gravity disruption. The MFD generates a magnetic vortex field, which disrupts or neutralizes the effects of gravity on mass within proximity, by 89 percent. Do not misunderstand. This is not antigravity. Anti-gravity provides a repulsive force that can be used for propulsion. The MFD creates a disruption of the Earth's gravitational field upon the mass within the circular accelerator. The mass of the circular accelerator and all mass within the accelerator, such as the crew capsule, avionics, MFD systems, fuels, crew environmental systems, and the nuclear reactor, are reduced by 89%.This causes the effect of making the vehicle extremely light and able to outperform and outmaneuver any craft yet constructed--except, of course, those UFOs we did not build.

The TR-3B is a high altitude, stealth, reconnaissance platform with an indefinite loiter time. Once you get it up there at speed, it doesn?t take much propulsion to maintain altitude. At Groom Lake their have been whispered rumours of a new element that acts as a catalyst to the plasma. With the vehicle mass reduced by 89%, the craft can travel at Mach 9, vertically or horizontally. My sources say the performance is limited only the stresses that the human pilots can endure. Which is a lot, really, considering along with the 89% reduction in mass, the G forces are also reduced by 89%.

The TR-3Bs propulsion is provided by 3 multimode thrusters mounted at each bottom corner of the triangular platform. The TR-3 is a sub-Mach 9 vehicle until it reaches altitudes above l20,000 feet--then God knows how fast it can go!The 3 multimode rocket engines mounted under each corner of the craft use hydrogen or methane and oxygen as a propellent. In a liquid oxygen/hydrogen rocket system, 85% of the propellent mass is oxygen. The nuclear thermal rocket engine uses a hydrogen propellent, augmented with oxygen for additional thrust. The reactor heats the liquid hydrogen and injects liquid oxygen in the supersonic nozzle, so that the hydrogen burns concurrently in the liquid oxygen afterburner. The multimode propulsion system can; operate in the atmosphere, with thrust provided by the nuclear reactor, in the upper atmosphere, with hydrogen propulsion, and in orbit, with the combined hydrogen oxygen propulsion.

What you have to remember is, that the 3 rocket engines only have to propel 11 percent of the mass of the Top Secret TR-3B. The engines are reportedly built by Rockwell. Many sightings of triangular UFOs are not alien vehicles but the top secret TR-3B. The NSA, NRO, CIA, and USAF have been playing a shell game with aircraft nomenclature - creating the TR-3, modified to the TR-3A, the TR-3B, and the Teir 2, 3, and 4, with suffixes like Plus or Minus added on to confuse further the fact that each of these designators is a different aircraft and not the same aerospace vehicle. A TR-3B is as different from a TR-3A as a banana is from a grape. Some of these vehicles are manned and others are unmanned.

Hurricanes to sort out oil's winners and losers

By Joyce Koh, MarketWatch
Last update: 2:26 p.m. EDT June 27, 2008Comments: 40NEW YORK (MarketWatch) -- With oil at record highs grabbing everyone's attention, investors in energy stocks are already turning to the Atlantic Hurricane season to determine which firms will benefit and which will lose.
Even a slight disruption to production facilities in the Gulf of Mexico could push oil prices to even higher stratospheric levels, unleashing more dislocation in the energy sector: Hurting some oil and gas producers and refiners while benefiting oil players, such as aftermath service providers, analysts said.
"The hurricane season can affect the [energy] sector dramatically. It's all about the fear factor." Beth Sewell, Quantum Gas & Power Services
The Gulf of Mexico accounts for about 32% of U.S. crude oil production and 15% of natural gas output.
"The hurricane season can affect the [energy] sector dramatically. It's all about the fear factor," said Beth Sewell, managing partner of Quantum Gas & Power Services. "As a storm comes, traders will always trade on the uncertainty and trading goes through the roof."
The Atlantic hurricane season officially begins on June 1 and runs through the end of November, and the period between August to September historically provides the bulk of named storms and major hurricanes.
Ever since the disasters of Hurricanes Katrina and Rita in the summer of 2005, traders have tended to added premiums to some energy stocks ahead of time. According to Sewell, there is already a hurricane-related premium of about 10% to 20% on average in energy stocks.
"It's already been jacked up given all the international and hedge fund money flowing into the sector," she said.
Yet, the US National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration currently forecasts a 65% chance that this year's season will be more active than normal and yielding above-average size storms.
Meanwhile, AccuWeather is predicting 12 named storms in 2008, and believes at least 40% of them will cause tropical storm or hurricane conditions along the U.S. coastline.
Energy dislocations
With the overall energy sector already incensed by record oil prices, many sectors within the energy space are already exceptionally volatile, according to Susquehanna, an institutional sale, research and market making firm.
"In our opinion, this year's hurricane season is likely to be watched very closely as investors typically envision worst case scenarios, and any storm headed for the Gulf of Mexico could potentially set off a rush of speculative buying," said Brian Niemiec, energy analyst at Susquehanna, in a note.
This year's first named storm could be a potential catalyst for the overall sector since last year's hurricane season was somewhat uneventful, he said.
According to Niemec's analysis, oil and gas exploration and production players with significant exposure to the Gulf of Mexico with limited hedging against production losses are Nexen Inc.

NEW YORK (Dow Jones) -- With oil at record highs grabbing everyone's attention, investors in energy stocks are already turning to the Atlantic Hurricane season to determine which firms will benefit and which will lose.

Even a slight disruption to production facilities in the Gulf of Mexico could push oil prices to even higher stratospheric levels, unleashing more dislocation in the energy sector: Hurting some oil and gas producers and refiners while benefiting oil players, such as aftermath service providers, analysts said.
